Is this a legitimate organization?

I received a letter from this group with Web address MedicarePhoneSupport.org. They gave a phone number for me to call about possible additional Medicare benefits. They say they are non-governmental. So who are they? How did they get my name and address? How do they they make money? Is this a scam?
