Have you ever had cinnamon buns without the cinnamon?

NO…think about it…leave out the cinnamon & it’s NO longer a Cinnamon Bun!!! Another thought, I wasn’t fond of cinnamon the very first time I tried a Cinnamon Bun & I still found it delicious!!! Of course, you can choose a different flavor than cinnamon & call it a (whatever) Bun…naming it after the flavor you choose.

Then it would be a glazed bun.

It would be a plain roll. Which requires butter.

Yes, any roll that you enjoy would be good. I’ve searched for easy icing recipe’s and included one that looked yummy.

I mean, cinnamon buns have very little cinnamon flavor. We tend to cut cinnamon with so much sugar that it’s basically just sugar buns anyway. And if you remove the cinnamon…it’s basically a donut.
