Where does the fictional drug "Nuke" compare against real drugs in terms of potency and addictiveness?

Robocop 2, Nuke was modeled on crack cocaine.

I’ve not seen the new Robocop. I’d heard negative things. Are you recommending it?

There are 4 Robocop movies (one is the new one, the others are from 1987–1993). There were also two live action television series, and two animated series.
Nuke was a plot element from Robocop 2. Because it was instantly addictive and had a high fatality rate, it is best compared to Crack, which was the drug that modeled on. However, it is an exaggerated embellishment. No drug matches Nuke.
