What year's census did the Scholastic Atlas of the World get their populations from?

Just doing a quick search of the title, there are several different editions that came out at different times. There is no way of telling without knowing what edition you are using. I suggest you go to a library and look for the edition you used. In the front of the book, it should tell you what year it was published and which censuses the population numbers are from. Or conversely, call a library when they are open and ask the question of a reference librarian.
@Nevada83 I think it’s fairly safe to assume that but if you wanted to be certain, you would have to look at the book itself. The most recent census to 2003 would have been in 2000 actually.
