another question inspired this one:
Are there words you use to create positive energy in your daily life? ...a chant, quote, affirmation?
Mine is:
I am strong
My body is healthy
I have vitality
Healing energy flows through me

No, but I probably should get in the habit of a calming phrase and taking some deep breaths.

4. Open eyes.

Not daily, but I like the Theodore Roosevelt quote: Do what you can with what you have where you are.
I have my own maxim: “Trust me. Now, just lean into it!”
My family has learned to run when I say that.

We are human. Being human is a chronic fatal condition.
As a competitor in many sports, and competitions, I have always enjoyed the saying “I never lose.
Why? Because even when I don’t win, I learn something. Win or learn, there is no loss.”..
@MrGrimm888 reminds me of another Maxim: I learn something new every day.
