Can be new to you, doesn’t have to be new on the market. Pantry item, frozen, or fridge.
I recently tried Gordon Ramsay frozen mac and cheese and I thought it was very good, I would buy it again. I also tried the risotto and I thought it was terrible.
Also, another mention, the PF Chang’s frozen entrees are horrible. I don’t believe it’s actually PF Chang’s recipes.

I like Kroger frozen bean burritos for cheap food. They are simply beans and tortillas.
I add canned diced tomatoes, green or red salsa, onions and cheese. Filling and cheap and (I think) healthy enough.
I started buying Tasty Bites curries at Costco. They sell lentil curry and Madras chickpea curry. They are both excellent. No refrigeration needed until opened.
^^I love that it’s shelf stable, that would be so helpful for when my husband and I travel. I’ve tried a few products like that and none were good.
Nothing new to me, but I like a few things at Trader Joe’s:
Frozen tamales (there are three flavors – I get the chicken, and the beef)
Frozen Hatch Chile Mac & Cheese
Frozen clam linguini
@Zaku We buy the Trader Joe’s frozen cheese tamales with green sauce. They don’t always have them.
Not recently, but some years ago, I tried pre-peeled, pre-cooked potatoes. They were unspeakably disgusting.
@Hawaii_Jake I have been a huge fan of Tasty Bites for years! :-)
Costco sells avocado-and-hard boiled egg dipping (or spreading) containers, 12 to a pack. They are great. I spread the mix on toasted bread, or dip with pita. Excellent.
I recently tried Keto granola. According to the label, it has 1 g of sugars. It is not overly sweet, like other brands that I tried.
I also recently started using Utz unsalted pretzels. It has 80 mg of sodium.
Oh, it’s not so much prepared, but zero prep required, but my favorite hummus is Trader Joe’s Mediterranean hummus, which goes well with their pita chips, elonte chili corn chips, carrots, or many other things.
We recently found that Bibigo brand frozen dumplings at Costco are really tasty. Trader Joe’s sells tasty Trail Mix crackers, which are crackers with trail mix stuck onto them using a glaze.
@RocketGuy Those Bibigo dumplings are terrific!
Geez, it sounds like I live out of Costco.
I started buying Tasty Bites
Tasty Bites!!! They were $1.99 US at Trader Joes for years. My camping friends called them Indian MREs. So delicious. I recommend them to all of you!
