Should we be worried about humans catching Bird flu?

On the radio a scientist said that transmission to humans is “low”.
Is that code for we should be worried? Seeing they said the same thing about Covid. Where the scientists/politicians also said the key word “low”?
On my radio news it reported that a human caught Bird flu from an infected cow.
