I have GBs of pst/ost files that I'd like to somehow move to Mail.

in outlook on the windows machine go to your contacts folder and select a contact. then go File | Save As... and select .vcf or vCard files from the "type of file" drop down menu in the save as dialog box. move the resulting .vcf file to the Mac and then you should be able to import the .vcf file into Address Book.
go here (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=197026) for MS KB info on .vcf files and outlook. (the first section is the only useful part in this case.)
OR YOU CAN BUY this software called O2M (outlook2 mac) for only 10 dollars

Thanks, that helps w/ the contacts.
The easiest way is a piece of software called Outlook2Mail. It will transfer everything out of Outlook (but not Outlook Express).
Another option is to use Mozilla’s Thunderbird as a middleman. Check out this tutorial for more info. It has Entourage as the final stop, but it can just as easily be used with Mail.app.
