What do you think about these statistics regarding Jewish and Muslim college students?

Basically the study concludes that over 50% of Jewish and over 50% of Muslim students feel afraid. 16% of students not in those groups are afraid. The study was conducted in December and January.

Does it matter?

Are you surprised by the drastic difference between these two groups and how low the number is comparatively with students not in these groups?

Towards the end of the video they discuss how the protests are being handled.

I think that if I were in a religious and/or ethnic group that had lively ongoing wars with other groups, and/or hate groups etc., yeah, I’d tend to be much more worried overall.

I’m not particularly surprised, but would be interested to see statistics going back in time through other periods of more or less relevant conflict, and back in say, the 1920s.

Not a shock.
We have a person running for president that has been working hard, to ensure division, and hate of non-white Christians.

@Zaku has an extremely valid point as well. These groups have a history of being problematic actors in the world stage.
Americans, have to be wary, when outside the US. Because of how we’re perceived.
