Do you think a language translation device like this is coming soon?

A wireless earphone that automatically translates all foreign languages that you are hearing into your own language?

And vice versa…you say something in your language and your phone or another small device with a speaker translates it to the language of the person you are talking to?

It is coming soon. Or it is already here? We already have apps that work on ones portable device.
