Business Week subscribers, how do you feel about the magazine going from weekly issues to monthly issues at the same price?
I look forward to the paper copies being delivered each week. That’s stopping as of July 1.
What’s your take on moving to monthly? It means less news and more features, which isn’t why I read it.

I think magazines are suffering from high mailing costs and people subscribing less. I’ve received subscription offers for magazines that are so cheap, it shows that they’re desperate. As for Business Week, I would probably stop subscribing if I had 12 copies vs 52 copies for the same price.
I had been subscribing to a magazine which I enjoyed due to the print copies being so aesthetically pleasing and it went to online only, which they said was due to increased mailing costs. I am not subscribing any longer, because to me, online for that magazine is just not the same.
This question reminded me of the magazine that I subscribed to, that went to online only. I looked it up and see the magazine has ceased publication. Here’s the FB post for anybody who is able to view posts on FB:

Are they changing their name to Business Monthly?
^^ That was my thought too.
How much is it? Most subscriptions are relatively cheap. I think they make most of their money on the advertising. I would want it to be at least a little cheaper if it was going from weekly to monthly. At least 30% cheaper even though the reduction in delivery is much more than 30%. But, if I was already paying very little I might still keep the subscription.
I would be ok with once a month if it was still interesting and had more articles than the weekly.
