Can any female, possibly be a better Secret Service Officer, than even a less mentally capable man?

I have seen the internet, abuzz, with conservatives who are blaming the women officers in Trump’s security team, for allowing the recent assassination attempt.

They point to a sort of affirmative action, in the SS hiring process designed to give females more opportunities for “fair” hiring in I guess all levels of the SS.

It’s no secret, that females are not as strong as men.
Is strength so important, in modern security jobs?

Could a female’s cunning, “make up” for hee lack of brute strength?

At least one of the SS members who buried Trump (successfully saving him,) was a female.

Is this conservative opinion, one you share?
