Will Ukraine and Israel pay back the world for its financial support in the wars?

Eventually?

It is not like the world is brimming in extra cash.

WHY be selfish??? The truth is that helping them defeat their enemies on their soil helps us to NOT need to defeat them on our soil. I see it as a win/win!!! If you pay attention, the ONLY time we don’t have extra cash is when it’s needed to be used on the citizens. Yet, when a politician needs a raise, there’s plenty of cash in the coffers!!!

The world did not give them money. And those who gave them money have agendas of their own, hence the support.

Years ago, I seem to have read an article where it shows the money the US gives away to help other countries is but a few drops in the whole bucket of local expenditures.

No, that is not happening. However support should not be given unconditionally and should not be given where civilians and civilian infrastructure is being attacked.

Money is not a commodity with physical limits. There’s no shortage and it’s not running out.

Military aid is a form of stimulus spending. All those munitions and hardware have to be manufactured by people, and wars help keep them employed and increase profits for the companies involved.

Hey RedDeerGuy1, I heard someone stole your phone, you bought a new one, and they broke that one. What a bully! And I hear if you run out of phones, he’s going to come try to break other people’s phones. I have a pile of old phones I can send you, so he can break those and you’ll still be able to call people.

Oh. You’re going to pay me for all those old phones I sent you eventually, though, right? It’s not like I am brimming in extra cash.
