What happens when Jonny Cage, nut punches a female or cyborg? (NSFW)

You mean the big upper cut?

If there’s nothing to damage on a female or a cyborg, then the strategic example of a nut punch is sort of useless.

But there’s a different question here. Why would Johnny Cage do a nut punch on some creature that has no ability to suffer from it? I put the responsibility on Johnny Cage for stupidly attacking something that he has no business attacking.

In the first (and pretty shitty) “Mortal Kombat” movie, Cage punches Goro (big 4 armed guy,) in the crotch while fighting him in a cliff.
Spoiler alert!
Goro eventually falls (with terrible special effects) to his death, as a result of that fight with Johnny Cage.

OR.

When playing, there was a move, where the character would kneel briefly and throw a big uppercut. Said uppercut, sometimes seeming to hot the crotch.

Plus. All kinds of stuff has changed since last time I used to play, like 20 years ago…
