Is this legal in a 'roommate wanted' ad?

I just saw this in a Facebook marketplace ad.
“Roommate wanted for to live in my sister’s apartment. Must be Muslim female”
Aren’t there fair housing laws that say that you can’t discriminate in housing based on (a) religion and (b) gender?
How can this be OK?
