Your phone can act as a hotspot for that access. Most newer devices and plans have that.
The Phone will be your WiFi access point in this configuration. Set a password on your hotspot and the name in the hotspot configuration.

You can turn on the WLAN hotspot function on your phone, then have your laptop connect to it.

@Forever_Free @ragingloli Thanks. I didn’t understand any of your answers. I will ask Dell support when I have the money saved up.

You can buy a laptop that connects via WiFi. If there is no other WiFi available where you are, most cell phones have what they call a Hot Spot connector. You give your laptop permission to get to the internet through your phone. It sounds confusing but it is really easy after you do it the first time!!!

There are limits to GB usage on hot spot. See if the local mobile phone company is offering Home 5G

So here McDonalds, Panera, the library, etc..all offer free wifi. People literally go work in a Panera booth sometimes! Or sit in theparking lot if you want.
Maybe google, you may be surprised.
Also restaurants, hotels, gyms, all other service industry’s offer guest wifi.

Many laptops can accept a WAN (wide area network) card to connect to cell networks.
