Fiber is good for you. I take it daily. You can get it as a powder or in tablets.

You can also get fiber from food. If you look at websites they’ll tell you what foods have more fiber than others. Your body needs fiber for digestion.

I suppose if you don’t care about minimising the risk of bowel cancer or regulating blood-sugar levels, then it is useless.

I’ve recently started taking Metamucil before diner to minimize glucose spikes in my blood sugar. It seems to work well. I’m a convert.

It lowers cholesterol, prevents diverticular disease and reduces your risk of colon cancer, and developing haemorrhoids.
Distrust any online source that tells you its not good.
