How can I automate this process (details inside)

I’m grading some papers for a big class right now and I’m working under a tight deadline. My work consists of grading (of course), making a list of names and grades, and making a piece of paper with the breakdown of the grades for each student. For reference this is what that paper looks like

The thing is, there are over 90 students in that class! I can’t just manually input their names and grades into the paper, on top of other work I have to do, while having a short deadline. I’m already exhausted after a week of working non-stop on this. Is there any way I can automate this input process?

This isn’t an answer, but could you possibly get an assistant to help you? (((hugs)))

This is the sort of thing Word’s Mail Merge can help with given an existing data base of names.

I use to correct quizzes for college Algebra 101 for my aunt, I was 10 years old and got paid a quarter for 20 to 30 papers, almost 70 years ago !

I vote for helper.

Thank you everyone for answering. I tried the Word’s Mail Merge method and it worked! It has reduced a job that took hours to a couple of minutes.

Now I can finally take a rest after a week of working non-stop now :)
