If you line dry your laundry, what do you do, if anything, to prevent the accumulation of bird turds droppings?
If you haven’t done anything yet, what would you do?
I admire those who take the time and effort to minimize their carbon footprint in this way, so this question is not intended to laugh at line dryers.

We line-dry most of our laundry. I prefer it. I’ve never had an experience of bird droppings soiling anything. I don’t think I’ve ever had them soiled by anything other than the rare time strong wind blew something off that landed in dirt.
Do it indoors. . . on a rack.
For us it’s Grasshoppers—Especially this year! But they will be gone when you shake them off…mostly!
Following, because I never line dry stuff because of that problem.
When we moved into this house it had a laundry line in the back yard. 3 lines on it. We thought this was great. The problem we quickly found was not birds….the flapping clothes keep them away…it was that they positioned the lines under pine trees. These left black mess on on the lines so when you pinned your clothes up, it would leave a black streak on them. I would wipe down the lines several times a year, but it just kept coming back. Too much headache.
I line dry and the placement of it is key. No trees above is rule number one.
