Horror movie fans, are you excited with the upcoming Nosferatu movie?
Why excited? Why not? As asked. Thanks!

I only know the name as something from the past (didn’t know it was a movie) and had to look it up. Will probably check out the new version.
I’m looking forward to Ryan Murphy’s “Grotesquerie”.
I’m guessing you’re looking forward to “Nosferatu” and have seen the original?
^^Yes. Brilliant cinematic visionary Murnau.
Not sure if I should be excited with this new take. I’ve seen the trailer. But remains to be seen. Curious how Egger’s approach would be.
I’ve only seen clips of the original. I’m always weary of modern remakes, but there have been occasional examples that I feel really showcased something new and great in the original work. The new Dune films, as well as the Blade Runner sequel were wonderful films. I’ll reserve judgement and maintain a cautious optimism.
@smudges Speaking about Grotesquerie, I saw one trailer with yet another nun character. Seen enough horror movies with a nun or a priest in it that I couldn’t help but come up with my own idea about a supernatural tale with nuns. lol
Nun / priest shows and movies scare the **** out of me! I’ll have to wait and see about Grotesquerie. I’m taping it. I hope they don’t do what they sometimes do with new shows or seasons – they’ll show a few episodes on a regular channel like FX, then switch the rest of them to Hulu or Prime or something that I don’t have. grrrrr
