How do you scan a QR Code on your phone?

Open the camera app on your phone. Aim the camera at the QR code, don’t take an actual picture of it. When the camera reads it the name of the website will pop up on your screen in small letters (usually yellow below the QR picture) and just click on the words on the touch screen.

@JLeslie No. It is on a YouTube video. Alux is the website. On YouTube. I would like to know how to download an app, incase I want to go through subscribing.

Can you snap a photo of the QR code?

You need to download the QR code app from wherever you get your apps. Once it’s downloaded and you see a QR code you want, click on your app from your phone to open the app and hover over the code. You don’t have to do anything else, the app takes care of it for you.
The app is free.

@chyna Usually, you don’t need an app to scan a QR code on paper, you can just use your phone camera. The QR the OP wants to scan is in a youtube video.

@RedDeerGuy1 Another thing, if you can watch the youtube video with the QR code on your TV, you can just pause the video and then scan it with your phone camera like I described.

I had to download a QR code scanner app, because my camera definitely does not read QR codes.

@ragingloli Maybe only iphone does it? Do you have an iphone? I only mentioned it, because I try to download as few apps as possible for several reasons, one of which is some of them use our information

I have a Xiaomi Mi A3. I will never buy an apple product.

I hate Apple for so many reasons, but I do have an iphone.
