I’m assuming you’re looking for 5-letter words only—correct?

I can add six (so far) to the collective list above.

If I add my list to the 14 five-letter words above, I make it 25 now.

Fun idea. :)

After doing this for about 15 minutes, I could come up with 32. Only 1 not in -ic. I did not include Punic, Doric, and Indic, since they are proper adjectives.

Looking at the responses so far, I did not think of “boric”. I have all the other five-letter words here though. Curious to know the ones that do not end in -ic, because those are hard to come up with…

Edited my response to up the total to 32, since I just came up with another. ;) Okay, I’ll stop now.

@flutherother , I would like to see the 3 words not ebding in IC. The only one I could think of was “havoc”.

Correction – I came up with two words not ending in IC – havoc and lilac. I missed franc

Combining the different lists shown, I get between 30 and 40 five leter words endiing in c. The main reason five letter were requested was because Wordle uses five letter words. Another reason was to cut down on the use of “ic” as a suffix. With only 3 other letters to work with, there are not that many words that the “ic”: can apply to.

This Wordle word finder can be used to find words ending in c or ic. They have 146 words ending in c, of which 108 end in ic. In the past, this site has listed as words thing that I can’t find in the dictionary.

@LostInParadise ileac, that’s a good one, never would’ve thought of that. But yeah, not convinced most of those are words, so I’m not sure how that site’s algorithm created that list.

Did anyone say ipecac?
