Care for a word challenge?

I was playing Wordle and guessed with a word ending in C. I was surprised that the C actually ended the word to be guessed. I figured there are not that many words ending in C, even though “ic” is a fairly common suffix.

As an exercise, I tried to think of 5-letter words ending in C. I got more than I expected – 24. All except 1 ended in “ic”. How many can you think of? Just send in your counts. The person with the highest count will have to give their list.
