If a transhuman was to compete in chess, what do you think the rules should be?

Let’s suppose a human with an AI in his brain wanted to play chess. Obviously it’s not allowed. There’s cyborg chess, but I don’t think it refers to this specific scenario. How would you like this person to play? What rules would be implemented?

Personally, I think the only way this person is allowed to is with other transhumans.
