US citizens, did you vote today? Or earlier?

I’m not asking who you voted for, although you may let us know if you wish!
I was able to vote online because my wife is mobility-impaired and I’m her sole caregiver.

Voted October 18th.
Good for you @Strauss
Voted at the polls, today, so I could buy Girl Scout cookies.
Earlier. Voted by mail a month or so ago.
I voted by mail earlier, and my ballot was received.
Abstaining from this one.
Voted by mail. Checked status this morning and it’s been received.
Earlier, put mail-in ballot in ballot box at the courthouse.
I voted today. No lines at all. I was really glad because my polling place is ten minutes from my house, and there were no lines, whereas if I did early voting, it would have been a half hour ride each way and people were on line for an hour and a half, so you’re looking at 2½ hours with the ride to and fro. The guy at the polling place said the only line was at 6 in the morning. I went around noon and I was out by 12:10.
I voted on October 23rd by dropping my ballot in The ballot box. And yes, I voted for Kamala!
@jca2 the early lines are probably because some people vote before they have to go to work. I think it will probably get busy a bit later in the evening too because people will be getting off.
Over lunch, I drove by the nearby local high school and middle school – no classes today (digital learning). The parking lots were full of voters. At the middle school, the line was out the door – probably 75–80 people waiting.
Weather in Atlanta: partly cloudy and about 70 degrees. Perfect weather for an election.
@Life Questioner yes plus people who think that the lines will be nuts so they arrive at the crack of dawn.
72 degrees here today. A perfect fall day for a light jacket or a sweat shirt.
I voted about an hour ago. I live in a rural area, so there’s never any kind of wait.
I mailed back my absentee ballot a little while ago. As an expat I had to arrange to have my ballot mailed here. My first time doing that, but my boyfriend and I managed to figure it out and get it done on time.
I went to the polls early, about 6:40 am. I always vote on election day, because I enjoy being part of the procedure and tradition.
I proudly wore my Harris-Walz t-shirt. Then, I went to my health club for a workout, followed by a trip to the grocery market. I got all sorts of praise everywhere.
Kudos to all the Jellies who participated!
Voted early, in person. Long line but made it through in about an hour. Halloween Day, in fact.
I dropped my ballot in a drop box on Oct 30.
I got an email the next day notifying me it had been counted.
@Love_my_doggie
Do you live closer to Baltimore or Washington?
I did not like it, but I caved and voted today for Harris.
@Love_my_doggie Huh! My state is among the 21 who don’t allow people to wear campaign merchandise.
@smudges Us either. My friend had a Harris T-shirt, they asked her to zip up her hoodie.
My vote was counted on 10/31/24.
@smudges Does not matter, my state will go to Trump anyway.
I mailed my ballot about ten days ago. Checked online, and yes, it’s been received and counted. I like being able to do that.
I woke up early to vote before work.
I voted ten days ago, dropped off a mail-in ballot at a polling center.
I mailed my ballot last week, and my husband sent his the week before that. Parking at our polling place is like the wild west, so it’s nice to avoid the hassle.
Voted in person today in Milwaukee WI November 5, 2024
I vote in person only, because in 2020 Republicans sued to throw away ALL early and mail-in votes ONLY in Milwaukee and Dana counties (the largest and most reliably Democratic counties).
The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected the scheme by only ONE VOTE! I will be voting in person on election day forever now.
Negative. Neither candidate even slightly approached the type of person I would vote for.
The electoral college, makes it illogical for me to vote anyways.
The “democratic process” is a TOTAL scam. It is systematically flawed to it’s core, and even if it weren’t no “good” person would ever want to be POTUS in it’s current format. As regardless of the winner, they will largely be a figure head.
Most importantly, you HAVE to be corrupt, to get that high in politics.
