Should one brush their teeth after drinking an iced tea?
I just brushed my teeth, and was wondering if I had a sugary drink if I have to brush them again?

My dentist used to say if you think you should brush your teeth . . brush them.
Yes.
Drink unsweetened ice tea from now on.
One thing to consider is if you brush your teeth too soon after drinking something sugary is that it can erode the teeth more than if you didn’t brush them at all. The general advice is to wait at least 30 minutes.
@Dutchess_III I might order groceries this morning. Will see if my store has it. Thanks @all will update.
Update Nestea zero is discontinued and still causes tooth erosion.
I will stick to milk and tap water for now. I have 30 cans of lemon Nestea, and will save for special occasions.
I can’t help but notice that you tend to buy food items in huge quantities and then ask the jellies about the products and/or storage. Maybe switch that around? I would think it would save a lot of money and storage room.
If he likes it and can finish before it expires, it’s a money-saving strategy. I do that with canned goods.
Everything creates tooth decay
Thing is sugar does it 10 times faster.
Not to mention the crazy amount of calories in it.
Bacteria love just about every kind of food, but they can’t digest certain artificial sweeteners. Hmm, maybe people shouldn’t consume them either?

Oh I agree! But since the OP often has questions about a product, it might be simpler to ask before making a bulk purchase. Just thinking out loud. ¯\(ツ)/¯
