Your average republican is working class, maybe lower, not particularly well educated, and prone to believe in a Protestant religion.
@Caravanfan you’re really asking the question about upper-class republicans who made their money the old fashioned way – they stole it or inherited it. And they probably don’t care about tariffs or taxes, because their ideology is what matters. Maga over money, any day.
@elbanditoroso Sure. But it’s the working classes who voted the felon into office. I’m wondering if these people really understand that life will be more expensive. It’s as if they are literally handing their money to people like the Delta CEO.
This question doesn’t meet Fluther Quality Standards for a number of reasons and has been flagged as such.
They must be the tariffs didn’t work last but darn they will this time, his going to tank the economy but Maga refuses to see or believe it.
They don’t seem to think other countries will retaliate with tariffs of their own, go and ask the rust belt farmers how they did with the tariffs from his last time in office.
@elbanditoroso And isn’t it funny that my questions get kicked back to me for far less violations that what I am seeing here? Funny that Fluther can’t be unbiased, isn’t it?
@seawulf575 Don’t pout. I’ve had several of my questions modded.
@seawulf575 Hang in there. This is the one place where people can ask questions not to find answers but with goals to put down conservatives.
The way the liberal mind functions fascinates me. I generally just keep my thoughts to myself because I’m chicken and I don’t want to start a big conversation that generally goes nowhere but down a rabbit hole.
The affluent Republicans won’t care because they’re probably flying for their companies, so it’s a business expense or a writeoff.
The poor Republicans will be too stupid to put two and two together.
