I believe the FBI had a 50k reward.

Not sure how quickly it gets processed. Many think the employee should get it. I think the employee should get it. News conference they said the employee is the true hero.

I read an elderly customer alerted the employee who called. It was the customer who recognized him. Does anyone know if this is true?

Apparently it’s 60k not 10k or 50k (as I thought, above).

Here’s an article about it, what has to happen to get it. I haven’t yet read the article.

One only hopes so.

How ironic that our new leaders and cabinet partied with McDonalds too.

No reward will be enough for what that McDonald’s is going to experience. Activists to end capitalism said theyll shit in the floor daily among other things.

I have been warning that this sort of thing is getting ready to happen. The new generation anti-capitalist bunch are choosing violence. The writing has been on the wall now for a while. That healthcare CEO probably deserves worse though. People do need to begin standing up together to fight for decent healthcare. Just not by violence.

@Blackwater_Park Sadly the social media algorithms and mass media seemingly creating a desire for violence and sensationalism being the way.

According to this article, the lady (named in the article) is not eligible because she called 911 instead of the FBI tipline. Isn’t that some shit? Hopefully they come to a better decision.

That is the level of disdain the moneybags have for the unwashed masses. Not even paying their snitches at this point.

@jonsblond Yes, that seems to be true. The employee is the one who called, but the customer is the one who recognized Mangione.

I’ve read that it is rare for people who provide tips to receive any reward money.

Remember what happened to the French detective, when he tried to turn in Hannibal for the reward money, instead of simply taking action to have him taken down by a SWAT team or something.
That was the moral, of that movie. Snitches, and bad people pay.
Ray Liotta got it bad too, for being a jerk to Clarice.
