Anybody else like black truffle cheese?

Probably. I find cheese varies a lot by specific maker. For example, there is an amazing aged Cheddar I found recently as Costco, but I’m not usually going out of my way to try aged Cheddars.

And, I know I’ve had truffle cheeses before, but I’m not sure whether they were black truffle cheeses or not. My vague memory was that some I liked and some I wasn’t excited by. I don’t think I’ve ever hated one though. Truffles are usually a plus for me, when applied well to something they work with. But some people don’t like some types of mushrooms or truffles.

Tried it once and loved it. I have some truffe cheddar gruyère in my fridge right now that should make a killer grilled cheese. I had some truffle salt that was good, too. I used it mostly on pork and eggs.
