What do you do when you feel that way?

No, it’s the dirt and ever present dust and dog hair that’s loitering! Shoo!
If not doing much is loitering, then yes, I do. But loitering seems to mean more than simply not doing much at home. It has to do with being in public. You can’t get arrested for loitering at home.
Update been in emergency department for 2–4 hours for dental pain.
Dentist told me to go to emergency to get iv antibiotics.
Is going to be a long night. The department is packed.
@Tropical_Willie Home now. Just continuing regular meds after my dental meds run out.
