Can you recommend a snow blower for my needs?

I’m responsible for the sidewalk surrounding our home. It’s a large corner lot, about 150 ft of city sidewalk that gets a lot of foot traffic.

We do not have a garage or outdoor storage so we’ll need to have something small and light enough that I can lift up a few steps of stairs into our entry where we’ll store it. Locks get cut in our neighborhood so we can’t lock it up outdoors.

Our budget is up to $300 and we’re leaning towards a cordless.
