What would happen if color went away?

Like, all color disappears.

I read about this somewhere. Due to a brain injury this person had perfect eyesight but everything looked colourless as pewter. He found it very depressing.

Some very important things would now become very confusing. Like a control room for a nuclear power plant. It would be a very bad day fro everyone.

Do you mean just black and white and shades of grey? It would look like TV when I was a young girl.
