What's a good, waterproof brand of grout?

I had my bathroom floor retiled in August, 2023.
Now the grout is fracturing, and the support underneath the tile seems to be disintegrating.

My other bathroom was tiled almost 20 years ago, and it’s still in good shape.

The problem is likely the subfloor and/or underlayment. How the grout was mixed may have played a role also. Last time I did any tile I replaced a section in a shower using an epoxy-based grout. It was much harder to apply but has been easier to clean and seems to be holding up better than traditional grout.
