What is a job that Is the opposite of a thankless job?

Being a librarian and helping someone find a book or information they need.

A rewarding job.

A fireman would be a job where people thank them.

A mechanic, electrician, or plumber might be thanked…until the bill came.

A porn star might get thanked if they perform particularly well.

Honestly, any job but working in the federal government at the moment. And I don’t mean the politicians. I mean the ones on the low end of the totem pole.

Any job where you successfully help someone find a solution to a problem.
