Do you know of a kind of bread you can keep in the cupboard and then bake when you want it?

I bought a loaf of, I think, French bread at Target a month or so ago. The packaging was plastic tightly molded to the bread. The instructions were to bake ~10–12 minutes until golden brown. The label said you could store it unbaked for several months.
I liked the bread, and I loved the idea of having a couple of loaves on hand, ready to bake any time. Long room-temperature shelf life seemed like a great idea.
So I went back several times looking for more, but no luck. It’s as if I’d bought the one and only loaf ever made and sold in California. Does this happen to you?
Tried Amazon, but I didn’t know the brand name. Hard to find by description. Target has other breads, including other you-bake-it breads, but I’ve seen no more like that one loaf.
If you know what I’m talking about, can you supply a name and possibly a source?
Thank you.

I googled par baked pantry bread and the brand Essentials Baking Company came up and Take & Bake. Might that be it?
The stuff that comes in a tin?
On Amazon, look at “take and bake bread” and you’ll see a few things.
I’m convinced that when you see something in a store that you like, it pays to pick up a few because with supply chain issues and stores getting things to try and not doing large orders, you really never know when something is going to be a once in a lifetime fluke or a regular item.
Thanks for your responses.
@JLeslie, you used better search terms than I did. That might even be the brand I was after. That’s just what I was looking for, the shrink-wrapped stuff.
@ragingloli, I don’t know of French bread in a tin. Brown bread, though, yeah!
@jca2, I agree. Picking up a few is what I was trying to do, but it has never been seen since (at Target). At least I can get it from Amazon, although the idea of buying bread there bothers me. Also it’s pretty expensive.
There is par-baked frozen bread. I like Le Petite Francais. I hope I spelled it correctly. I favor the long baguette to the rolls. It is not like classic French bread in my opinion so be warned. I’ve never been to France, but I did grow up in NY with good bread options.
In Tennessee I used to buy par baked bread at the supermarket bakery. That could probably be kept frozen too. I never tried freezing it, but I see no reason it wouldn’t work.
