Are you a mouth breather, or a nose breather?

Mouth.

Nose but mouth if I’m exercising !

Nose, both if exercising hard but i was taught its rude.

Nose when sleeping.
Mouth when cycling
Both alternately when exercising
Neither when I am dead.

A little of both. I tend to be a nose breather, but if my nose gets blocked at night, the mouth comes open.

At physical rest I breathe through my nose. When I physically working hard I breathe through both nose and mouth to get in as much air and gas exchange in my lungs as possible. O2 in and CO2 out.
