What would the Founding Fathers say to the serial rapist who published a picture of himself as King Trump?

In case you haven’t seen the photo the White House tweeted a picture of the convicted felon as King when he overstepped his authority and removed congestion pricing in New York City.

They’d say “we fought and won a war where we broke away from a monarchy, so please, sir, step away from the throne.”

In 1649 King Charles I was tried for treason and other ‘high crimes. The Monarch responded with the maxim: ‘The King Can Do No Wrong and therefore he he can not be tried or convicted.” He was beheaded ten days later.

Tell me, @seawulf575 what would the Founding Fathers say if they knew that a sitting president styled himself as a King? What do you think?

President and General of the Continental Army George Washington would say: “Well fuck me sideways!”

@filmfann, it was said of George Washington that he “swore like an angel.”

@Jeruba When entering the boat to cross the Delaware, it is reported that he told one of his generals: “Hey, George, move your fat ass over, but be careful you don’t swamp the boat!”
