Do we still have corrupt administrators employed?

In Canada we had administration who said if they saved money that their department would lose it in the future.

Also they hired unnecessary people to get department from getting closed. As would be bad for PR if so many people where laid off.

What other types of corruption did you witness?

Ho can we prevent this type of corruption in the future?
