What is a "life hack" you wish you knew sooner?
Using a dryer sheet to clean lint off the lint catcher thing. Also works on clothes too with hair. So much easier and gets every bit of it off the catcher. Sometimes small pieces get stuck.

@MakeItSo1701 Thanks for the tip.
Pre-wiping helps with constipation.
Also with drier lint, you can use a small piece of lint to attract the rest of the link.
Getting older isn’t that bad if you can stay relatively healthy. (Not sure if that’s a hack or not.)
I place my hand on the opposite side of the trash bag to dispose of dental floss. That way it doesn’t stick to my hand.
When you tie your shoes, if the laces rest parallel to (along) your shoe, then your laces will untie. If when tying your shoe, you run your loop the opposite way from what you normally do (clockwise or counter-clockwise, so to speak), then the laces will sit perpendicular to (across) your shoe and not become untied.
I have a General Electric clock radio from the 80’s.
To wake up you can set either, radio or alarm.
You can turn the volume on the alarm down. Not all the way, but enough to wake up peacefully.
I use the timer on my microwave for doing laundry, and cooking on the stove/oven, or anything that needs a track of time. It goes up to 99.99 minutes.
When doing a multiple choice exam you can check if it question has an, an or a, that way you can check the grammar to see what the answer is.
This is small, but helps me: I layer trash bags. That way, most of the time I can just grab the bag and the trashcan is immediately ready to go again.
A paste of baking soda and water will remove label adhesive pretty easily. Also baked on crud on pots and pans.
If you are putting off doing an aggravating task, do it now. It is probably not as bad as you imagine and it will be a relief to get it done. (This is a life hack I seemingly have to learn on a regular basis!)
