What ever happened to the near $500 million worth of food in danger of spoiling?

There were reports of USAID perishable food in danger earlier this month, but no reports of any resolution. What happened to the food?

It probably got thrown away. The inspector that revealed it spoiling got fired. Yep, I feel those savings.

I’ve read that USAID workers, including veterans, were fired and not given any money or support on how to come home. How anyone can support this regime is beyond me!
