How do you feel about the Supreme Court case on reverse discrimination?

Asked by LostInParadise (32280points) 3 hours ago

The Supreme Court has been hearing a case brought by a straight woman against he gay boss, saying that she was discriminated against because of her straightness. Link The justices seem to be leaning in the direction of believing that anti-discrimination seems to place too strong of a condition on showing reverse discrimination. How do you feel about this. I agree that there should not be discrimination in either direction, but I would need to know more about how the standards differ in the two directions.

Just another facet of the “anti-racism is the real racism” demagogery, which aims to undo all the work done towards equality.
Seriously, at some point they will argue that letting minorities vote is discriminatory against whites.
