Hot fudge sundae with walnuts. And a cheeseburger – but not in the same meal!
@janbb I want Dairy Queens banana splits with strawberries and chocolate and hot fudge toppings.
Chocolate covered cherries.
I’ve been craving a hot fudge sunday for two weeks!
@janbb IM IN!!! Do you remember Peanut Buster Parfaits at DQ? That was my favorite for years.
Pizza, pasta with meat sauce, steak if I have not had it in a long time. Candy, but which candy changes. My favorites are Mounds, Baby Ruth, Pecan Turtles, Chocolate Covered Cherries, Raisinettes. Also, Chinese food, especially Moo Shu pork with rice, I don’t like the pancakes and Chinese Curry Chicken.
cranberry sauce. I bought a large bag of cranberries when they were in season, froze 3 single servings and now I can make fresh cranberry sauce whenever I want.
root beer floats, pickles, sweets
Luuuuv Peanut Buster Parfaits!! Never order anything else
Sometimes I want a caffeine hit (coffee or green tea). Haven’t had any caffeine whatsoever for the last 14 months.
When I was in Alaska, I walked into a fudge shop and asked for a hard, bitter, over cooked fudge.
Dammit, that’s how my Mom made it!
@JLeslie Do you mean the korean veggie pancakes? They’re one of my favorites, yummy! I also love a good spicy curry. :)
I drink coffee every morning so that’s a definite “thing” for me. ’’
I like Diet Coke or Caffeine Free Diet Coke, so that’s my drink of choice and I like to have it at home when I’m watching TV in the evenings.
Once in a while I get an urge for a certain kind of cake, like a white cake with a nice white icing, and in the warmer weather, if I’m out, I’ll have an urge for ice cream. At home in the summer, I like Italian Ice which is on sale during the summer months. It’s just cold and fruity and refreshing and sweet.
At home, I will get an urge for cheese and crackers. Just regular cheese, like a cheddar, and crackers. Once in a while, at night, that’s a craving.
@KNOWITALL No, I actually like Korean scallion pancakes. I meant the thin “flour tortillas” served with Moo Shu. They call them pancakes, but look more like tortillas.
@JLeslie Hmm, we dont have the tortilla with chinese here, interesting! Shoot me a picture sometime please, im curious.
@filmfann HA! You cracked me up.
My Mom made the worst “fudge” ever when my siblings and I were kids. She made it in a frying pan. It was hard as a rock and hard to eat but it didn’t last long.
I had the chocolate chip waffles with nutella and pure maple syrup.
Life.
Changing.
@JLeslie I didn’t mean they are crepes. I meant they’re similar to crepes, look like crepes, roll up like crepes.
I still say more like a thin tortilla. Crepes are batter, tortillas are dough. The Chinese pancakes are dough.
I’ll say they look like steamed wontons just to start a fight.
A properly made hot dog, with onions, celery salt, and yellow mustard.
We had a hot dog cart outside my office building, he sold Chicago style dogs. I wasn’t in to full loaded but the dogs were Vienna Beef and served with celery salt. Just thinking of them makes my mouth water.
@zenvelo I love a hot dog that’s cooked on the grill, where the outside is a little burnt, and it snaps when you bite into it.
Lately, I’ve been having an urge for ice cream. Just a cone or a small container from a supermarket. If I buy a big container, sometimes I don’t finish it.
@jca2 Me too re: hot dogs. I only like Hebrew National all beef and I love them with sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard.
@janbb Now I want one (right now).
^^ Hot dog barbecue at the Jersey Shore! Roll on summer!
