Thanks so much, time sure flies! I appreciate all the great conversations and debates over the last decade or so. Several great friends have come and gone, a few passed away, but I’m very grateful that this site provides space and opportunity for knowledge exchange, as well as meeting those who will forever be in my heart.

The spring rolls (which I love) and pancakes look yummy; not sure about the pho. What is it?

Pho is pronounced “fuh”, is a hearty soup from Vietnam. It has rice noodles and a broth that might take 24 hours to make. It can have different proteins and vegetables.
