If you'd like to move, to where would you want to move?

Asked by Brian1946 (32797points) 2 days ago

I just read one jelly post that he’d like to move to a bluer state, so I’m wondering to where he and others might like to move.

If you’d like to move to another city, country, province, or planet, please let us know.

I wouldn’t mind living on Cape Cod.

I also love Maine, although I don’t think I could handle those winters.

I have always been curious about moving to America. I have heard so much about where you guys live and I want to experience all the beautiful things you have there for once.

Yeah, I’m aware of all the mess you are having now. But I want to be there to experience the culture, the people, not the politics.

Probably Mexico. My brother in law and his wife moved from Belize and are really enjoying it. Perhaps after the parents are gone. Its either that or buy an RV and tool around like hippies. Ha!

I’d like to move almost anywhere in Europe. I also wouldn’t mind Canada or New Zealand.

In the US, I mostly prefer the West Coast (or Hawaii). Second choice would be the northeast.

No where I am pretty happy with BC, as long as we don’t become part of the states, if that ever happened a few countries I might look at, New Zealand, Denmark, the country side of England just to name a few.

I like the state I live in, and I also like the area in that state where I live. I have to move in about two and a half months and, while it’s not certain yet, I think I found a place barely three miles from where I live now, which means I would still be within 2 miles of my job, which would be awesome!

I love where I live. I don’t want to move anywhere, but I think about with the craziness in the US. Maybe Spain or Mexico. My dad keeps pushing Uruguay, I’m willing to consider it for short term if necessary. Australia if it wasn’t so far. My husband says Canada.

Lately, I think about moving someplace where the UV index is lower. At home, where the index is always 5–11, it takes about 3 minutes before I am looking for shade or thinking about going inside. Places I’ve visited where the index is 1–3, I am reminding myself every 3 minutes that I don’t necessarily need to find shade or go inside.

I would like to live wherever an (24/7) adult swingset is. Also no mosquitoes or pests.

I would swing for hours. Even at night

Somewhere that summer never goes over 75F, and has winter, spring, summer, and fall for fairly equal time.

If that doesn’t exist, I’ll stay where I am. A different house would be nice.
