What movies employ "rape by deception" as a plot point?

The “rape by deception” is a generic term indicating a person who lies to another person in order to have sex with him. It could be being single, or being a woman when you’re a man, or something like that.

This is not considered a crime because the burdens is placed on the person lied to, not to the liar. I’m of the opinion it should, because many people are not informed of their rights and duties, (like me), and, here at least, the law should protect them.
