Can you give me lighting recommendations for a large garage?

The garage is 40×60 with 12 ft ceilings. We assume we will do either 4 or 8 foot LED lights. That seems to be the sizes easiest to find.

Do you think we need 8,9,10 or 12? We will have 2 or 3 zones so they don’t all have to be on at once, but we want it to be bright when we have them all on.

Someone suggested recessed lights, but I think it won’t be bright enough.
