Can companies make changes to my paypal payment?

I dunno but I expect they technically can but contractually and legally aren’t supposed to. I would contact the vendor and/or PayPal.

There’s a good chance that in their terms of service (which you probably read 5 years ago, and promptly forgot) there’s some clause that lets them make minor adjustments or corrections.

Is it worth your time to argue with them over 2 cents?

@elbanditoroso Nope, not worth hassling over 2cents. I was just wondering what would keep them from making larger “adjustments” which is what they called it, and wondered if anyone here has had it happen to them.
