Is the US constitution still functioning?

Disappearing those using the proper legal channels to foreign torture prisons, with no apparent prospect of release, ever. Suspension of due process and legal rights of every non-citizen in the country. Threats to remove citizenship from actual US citizens. Broad invocation of wartime powers when the country is not at war. Disintegrated state and bodily autonomy rights, attacks on education at every level, attempts to scapegoat, criminalize and destroy the concept and identity of all Trans people, at the cost of inspecting little girls’ (specifically girls’) genitals before they can play organized sports, destruction of public infrastructure, abuse of the legal system and pardon powers to attack political opponents and absolve sycophantic supporters of crimes of abuse of power, violation of free speech, civil rights, corruption, perjury, contempt of court, finance, and a myriad of actual violent crimes. Conflict of interest. Fraud. Nepotism. Influence peddling. Self dealing. Theft. Rape. Treason. Rape (he likes rape)

Complete prostration and functional capture of the legislature and judiciary.

Is the US constitution still functioning?

If so…

At what point can the constitution be said to be destructive to the ends of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as Jefferson stated were the requirements for revolution?

Can it be reformed, or do we need a second republic?
