What would one consider a BBW?
I’ve always seen ads or people posting stuff on craigslist (where I frequently peruse ads when bored), but never have been able to grasp what people would define as a BBW. And then there’s the other phrase: “thick”.
What’s the difference?? And how would people describe one or the other?

I feel like most of the time someone describes themselves as ‘thick’ they’re usually a lot ‘thicker’ than what a third party would describe someone as ‘thick’. People are trying to market themselves, and obesity isn’t usually a selling point. So, basically ‘thick’ or ‘BBW’ is equivalent to ‘significantly overweight’, for me.
I think what I get confused by is that there are these two terms for women who are apparently VERY overweight to being slim with some meat on them. But how would one describe the women that fall in-between those two categories?
If her MySpace profile is full of pictures from the shoulders up (maybe a cleavage shot or two) and you see it and think “yeah I’d hit that” but when you meet her in person she’s about 80lbs heavier than you expected, that’s a BBW.
I really enjoy “overweight” women, and I’m not kidding.
Just more of them, to love.

I much prefer women who are a healthy weight (and that doesn’t mean they have to be slim or skinny or even thick).
Generally I just tend to like people who care about their health- which doesn’t necessarily have to reflect in what size they are.
I also think that a “BBW” is a selling point, since they’re probably trying to attract “Big Beautiful Men”, instead of someone who might be turned off from someone who is significantly overweight.
I think that people who describe themselves as “thick” are probably not looking for a “Big Beautiful Man”, and are probably just giving themselves a disclaimer.
