How can i download embedded videos?

Look in the source of the webpage for the file. Point to a web encoder to the url of the video object, and it will download the file in whatever format you choose.

Lifehacker had this on the page a few days ago, haven’t used it at all though. Check the responses to the post for more programs or ways to do it.

Once you have the URL for the embedded video (which you can find using blastfamy’s advice), you may be able to download it using sites such as file2hd.com, keepvid.com, or vixy.net.
